Well... this past Sunday I was able to do some makeup for the Stanford Fashion Show promotions.....with crazy work of "art piece gowns" from Wayne Hwang and his fabulous hair extensions. I worked on the models faces....Here are captures from the set.

brave right? A little after Valentine's day rendez-vous.Here is lovely Miss Bubbly Champange. This one has practiced poses before the shoot and listened to my advice about pedicures and manicure!  I caught her with beautiful photos and not smiling, which is her natural tendency! Makeup and hair done by my partner in crime, Courtney Chau of Bless Makeup Artistry. 

And our second doll is Miss Glam from the 1940's!

spacey toes....

Here's my toes after I got them done at Bisou Nail Lounge. Best pedicure ever done by Linda. She put 2 coats of everything and added a little bit of glimmer....My toes look all spacey like it fell out of the sky during a meteor shower. hee...well i'm getting my nails done tomorrow. My calgels from LA are peeling off! Hope Keina does a good job.

The forbidden lounge is a chill, cute, little hang out place that has tasty drinks! That's where I was last night! Some joyous moments during these questionable and stuck times. It's always good to have time where you can just hang out. As we get older, there are a lot more obligations or things we have to take care of. We can't just sit around and let time pass anymore, but catching up is always good.

Nail Experiments!!!!

What else am i crazy about? Besides makeup, fashion, Nails!!!!! I love getting my nails done and getting cutsey bitsey designs! Calgels are great- just another layer on top of my nail and it doesn't harm the nail. My cousin and I got our nails done in Torrance, CA.

While in the bay area, I haven't discovered a place that has done calgels yet. So I used to just get regular gel- which they have to file ur nail done a lot....not good. And then I added my own designs on top! 

I will try a place in Oakland soon! So we'll see how it goes!

Using my Talents

I've really been inspired to start shooting boudoir photos. Since I've graduated 2 years ago and had a full time job, I rarely pick up the camera to take photos other than the random snapshots at friends or familiy gatherings. I've had the excuse of not buying more expensive equipment, but I think that I should start shooting again. Recently I got my photos taken, and I'm so in love with the results. As my cousin said, anyone who has the money and the time should definitely do it! It's amazing what a confidence booster boudoir photos can be! I captured some photos of my cousin on the day of the shoot and my friend says why can't I start taking boudoir photos for people. So...why not? I will!

So, if any gals out there wanna get some sexy photos, I can provide a makeup artist- if you can provide a location with good sunlight!
